Was wäre House ohne Hugh? Hugh haucht der Figur House doch erst Leben ein.
Hugh bringt sich selbst außerdem aktiv mit in die Serie ein als Produzent – d.h. es steckt viel Hugh in House, bzw. Hugh zeigt House, so wie er ihn sieht oder sich ihn vorstellt.Hugh ist ein intelligenter, witziger und humoriger British Gentleman – er hat das oft genug bei diversen Interviews gezeigt. Sein Humor ist typisch für Engländer – mal sarkastisch, ironisch und auch ein wenig schwarz manchmal – aber auch durchaus trocken. Auch House ist so – nur noch viel viel extremer eben. Da kommt die amerikanische Komponente noch dazu – wie im Leben von Hugh auch.
Es gäbe keinen solchen House ohne Hugh – keiner könnte die Rolle so spielen wie Hugh.
Wenn ein anderer House spielen würde, würde es auch ein anderer House sein.Ohne Hugh kein House.
